EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@ls-intel.com. Cancellations received 90 days or more before the event starts will receive a refund equal to the original amount paid less a 25% processing fee. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days from the start of the event will not receive a refund but rather will be offered a credit to a future event. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

EVENT SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Should you be unable to attend after purchasing your pass, you may send another member of your organization in your place. Substitutions must be made prior to badge pickup, before the original registrant has attended any portion of the conference.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests received less than 60 days from the start of the event will not receive a refund but rather will be offered a credit to a future event. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

HOTEL SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Should you be unable to use your hotel purchase, you may transfer your hotel room to another member of your organization. Transfers can be made any time prior to the original check-in however we request a 48-hour notice to make the process as smooth as possible.
