My name is Andrew Bochner As mentioned on the mat, the managing partner of Bochner PLLC. We're a law firm based in New York, Tampa and San Francisco with about 40 attorneys. Most of us our life sciences focused either on the IP side or on the transaction side. We handle complex IP portfolios and growth strategies across the life sciences Arena from digital health diagnostics, medical devices as well as biotech. We handle freedom to operate opinions, as well as a portfolio development strategy, working often with product strategy, as well as on the licensing side to make sure that license assets match what the company's trajectories are. We handle all phases of companies from seed series A to publicly traded, we've got companies that are privately held ones that are, as I mentioned, publicly traded and those that are VC and private equity Bank is a list of our representative clients, again, from academia to industry, from large companies to small. As a firm our technical backgrounds match those of the companies we work with, so we have people with masters and PhDs in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, chemistry and medical devices.
