Good morning everyone.

My name is Ben Trombold. I'm the VP of Sales and Marketing here at Velentium. And before I introduce our first presenter, I just want to take a couple minutes to introduce to who we are and what we do. So once it was a medical device engineering consulting and manufacturing firm that specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of therapeutic and diagnostic devices, specifically in the areas of Deep Brain Stimulation neuromodulation, cardiac and diabetes indications. We also have a wide range of experience dealing with multiple form factors from medical devices, including wearables, 10s, devices, pens, devices, active implantables, as well as external devices. We have over 100 engineers on staff ready to work on your project. These are full time volunteer employees as we don't have any offshoring of engineering resources. And they can help take your device through multiple stages of the medical device development process, including research and feasibility, minimally viable prototypes, animal studies clinical trials, first in human vnv testing, transfer, manufacturing, and manufacturing. Our engineering team is more than happy to take over an entire project or integrate as part of a small piece of a larger team depending on customer needs. We have nine areas of engineering expertise, including System Engineering, Mechanical firmware and electrical development, embedded cybersecurity, HFT and usability, mobile and software development including Android and iOS devices, automated test systems, and manufacturing. Our clients range from one to two persons startups that are pre series a funded ranging to companies who are working on their next generation and medical device development all the way up to Fortune 500 companies looking for staff augmentation in the areas of engineering that I mentioned previously. Finally, in 2023, we have developed and we are actively selling and IPG platform that's a good fit for customers that just need an out of the box ready to go solution as soon as possible, as well as customers that have a very complex device that can take advantage of the full range of customization features that are IPG platform has to offer. Secondly, we're expanding our manufacturing design facilities by 50,000 square feet that will be done by the end of this year, and be fully operational in January of 2024, at our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. And finally, just in time for all of the new FDA cybersecurity regulations that I'm sure everyone has heard a lot about. On May 1, we're going to be rolling out a self guided and out of the box cybersecurity training program that'll be useful for individuals as well as large corporate groups alike. So just in closing, my name is Ben trembled. We have a booth right outside here. I'm joined by two team members, Kyle camp and Jeff Weinstein. We'd be happy to answer as many questions you may have. So all that being said, I'd like to introduce our first presenter, the CEO and Co-Founder of Vena Vitals, Ray Liu.
