As I said, I'm the President and partner of Assurance Dimensions, we're so glad to be here hosting and sponsoring again, for our third straight LSI conference. We love seeing our clients here, you know, we have about six or seven that are roaming about and getting to see that they're making progress each year, they're getting the money they need to continue their funding. And this morning, I have the pleasure of introducing a great group of innovators. But please forgive me on any pronounciation some of the medical terms, I'm a lowly CPA, so I'll just kind of do my best there. But in the meantime, they've also given me a few minutes to talk to you about our firm. So I'm gonna go over says surance dimensions real quick. So we're a group of CPAs and Chartered Accountants specializing in annual financial statement audits, we have team members across the US and abroad. We have experts in several industries and about over 500 clients that we service annually. We work with pre revenue to groups that generate up to a billion dollars of revenue each year, we work directly with private equity groups, much like some of you in here, the room today, as well as though some of you I know are remotely checking in. We do have information that we can provide to you on that. But our focus, and we do have a heavy focus in the medtech industry, which is why we're here. We also work with quite a few groups who are in different industries and many shapes and sizes, right? They can be very simple, basic companies or they can have 20, different subsidiaries, complex equity and debt arrangements and things of that nature. The big thing that separates us as a firm one of those pillars is our client service. So we have a focus on communication via calls, emails, Team zoom, whatever we all started using constantly every day since the pandemic hit. And we continually update our team's education, right, we're staying up in the latest guidance, making sure that we understand and add value to your reporting each period. The other big pillar we operate on is that we're a fixed fee firm. Lastly, just a quick overview of who we are. This is me, of course, just giving you a little bit of background on some of our information and basic certifications that we have. We're out of Florida.
