So, my name is Darwin. This is my fourth meeting. And I'm addicted to medtech. I am also addicted to helping candidates with career advancement opportunities while building medical device companies that are bringing positive products to patient populations. I'm extremely excited for SSI to be a sponsor here at Dana Point with LSI, emerging med tech this year. I personally think it's one of the premier events to attend. And I'm really excited to introduce these innovators in these incredible products that can bring just extensive benefit to to patients. Back in 2015, when my mother said, you're going to be a recruiter? I said, Yeah, Mom, we're going to help recruit. And we're certainly excited about recruiting and about career advancement opportunities. I don't really care what people call us or call me, I look at myself as an agent. What differentiates us. So, SSI is a analytics outcomes and Industry Insights driven company, our offer acceptance rates average 93% for our partners over almost eight years now, since the pin pandemic, we started to embrace new technology, artificial intelligence, automation and video technology, in particular, to attract talent even more efficiently to our partners critical needs positions, while really changing the candidate experience in a more positive fashion to the benefit of our partners. Additionally, we are extremely focused on strategies in Perm, and contract and bringing additional insights to our partners through industry surveys on what's most important to the talent that we partner with. About two and a half years ago, we brought educational webinars and have had 19 of those that have been successful, to bring additional insight and career perspectives to the people that are falling with us, which is about 18 to 20,000 people now. I'm extremely excited this next week as we launched the SSI executive conversations podcast, we've got an incredible lineup, and I'm hopeful that it's been very well received so far. And I'm really excited for that value that hopefully is going to bring to our following as well. We have a booth out here. Three of our team members that are here. Angela Mars, the Chief of Staff who is fantastic. George Abila joined our company about a month ago. For 20 years he ran his own manufacturing facility. So he's our subject matter expert on manufacturing operate operations scale up and supply chain. Brian Segaul is our team member that helps with commercial launch strategies. My particular focus is regulatory affairs quality, and aspects of engineering as well. I'm presenting Thursday on talent management strategies, attraction, efficiency, and retention. So if you're around I'd love any insight or feedback from that standpoint, if we can help you with any aspects of attracting the right talent to your company, or even the process of really setting up how you want to create best practices in your interview practice to make sure that your processes are attracting people that fit your culture and have the right attitude. We'd love to talk to you. So with that, think I'm ready to introduce the first innovator here.
