I'm Haley Schwartz. I'm CEO of catalyze healthcare, and we work with medical device companies and investors to execute go to market strategy for med device. So I work with medical device companies, investment firms and product development organizations, really on either go to market strategy or due diligence for the different devices that they're looking to bring to market. So a lot of the work that I do is based around developing that trust directly with the consumers, and creating the hospital awareness in the background, and the HCP awareness in the background, as those conversations begin flowing upstream from the patient to the doctor, as opposed to before it used to be from the doctor to the patient. So I initially started at Edwards, I was an engineer, and then I moved into a clinical role, and eventually US sales and global marketing. And that was really interesting for me, because it married my two interests, being clinical and business, and I really enjoyed being at the bedside, but then I also still really enjoyed being tied to the technical side of engineering and be able to develop new products. So from there, I began consulting. This was three years ago. Now, I started to catalyze healthcare. It's allowed me to expand the types of therapies that I've been able to bring to market and also help more patients. And it still has that tie back to the technical side and the engineering side, along with the business and all of the evolution that we've seen so far for investors, it's going to be more about the process, and especially with, let's say, hospital product adoption, hospital procurement. There are different value analysis committees, there are different purchasing pathways based on whether a device is a capital, a disposable, a software, a sensor, etc, etc. And those are the types of things that I help organizations parse out so that they understand what the pathway is going to look like, and whether that is in a government hospital, private hospital, public, academic, all of the different entities that we have here in the US and up until now, catalyze healthcare has supported about 15 different companies in various therapeutics, from cardiac, vascular, orthopedics, neuro and the breadth that we have here is relatively wide, but it is also pretty deep, and I think that's a bit unique. Catalyze healthcare works with medical device companies and investors struggling to commercialize in the US. So if you are a medical device company or an investor, feel free to reach out@catalyzehealthcare.com you.
