Hi my name is Osman Khawar I'm CEO here at Diality and Diality is a medical device company, we're working on a dialysis machine that's more flexible and easier to use. And we've been working on this product about four years. It's a dialysis machine that is a compact machine, but very flexible. It can work in all care settings, eventually being able to work in a home environment, but has the flexibility to work within any care environment do any kind of balances and one complex set of dialysis right now is done United States generally in centers, which is a brick and mortar Center, where you go and get dialysis three times a week. And what we're trying to do is have a machine that can work in that space, or the acute space, like the hospital or skilled nursing facilities, and eventually be able to utilize this device in the home environment to where a patient can utilize this device by themselves during dialysis by themselves with a care partner at home, rather than having to go back and forth to a dialysis center. Our device is a compact device that is got a lot of flexibility. You can go three times a week, which is normally four hours or three times a week, you can go down to five times a week and do overnight dialysis in hospitals, sometimes 24 dialysis 24 hour dialysis is done called CRT. And because our device is relatively powerful, it is able to do the whole spectrum of dialysis in every case level. We're actually a local company, we our offices in Irvine survived 50 minutes. We've been coming to LSI for a number of years. So we know Scott and the team very well. I think it's great to be able to come and make relationships with other innovators and investors very close to our office. So we've really enjoyed the previous meetings and we're really excited to be here again today.
