Suzie. I'm Suzie from Barrington James. I wanted to just give a bit of an introduction on our company. So I am the team manager for our medical device division. So I'm here because of the medical device division element of that. So I have been doing this about six years now. Globally, I was based in our Singapore office, and now I'm based in our New York office, and we have a team dedicated within our medical device function for everything from conception to commercialization. So if you both contract and perm, so if you're looking for a CRA to go through clinical trials, or you're looking for a regulatory consultant for six months to get through the FDA process or a CCO, and looking for a full commercial build out, then we have a dedicated team that can help do that. We've got 10 offices globally, across Singapore, Japan, across the US and across Europe. So we are a we have sort of a 360 model. So what that means is that the consultant that talks to you about your company and your needs and gets the understanding of how you want to be represented to the candidate is also the consultant that does the work with the candidate. It doesn't get passed off to a different team of like recruiters, but it's the same consultant. So they are market experts in their area of expertise, and they will be representing you throughout the entire process of helping build teams for you and represent you the way you would want to be represented. So as mentioned, we are market specialists. So we have our dedicated teams are focused within different therapeutic areas, which really makes them market experts. We have a very inch wide, mile deep philosophy, which means that every consultant will understand the market trends. They will understand who's doing M and A's, who's getting through FDA approvals, and really have a deep understanding for the device that you are working with so that it enables them to have a network of already existing candidates and clients within that space. So no one switches from recruiting for a marketing lead for a pharmaceutical company to a marketing lead for a cardiovascular advice company. They were only within their little bubble of that therapeutic area. And as you can see here, we've got some different focuses within the different therapeutic areas, and mine specifically has been over the last six years, sort of robotics, orthopedics and spine, but I have a team underneath me that are dedicated across those different areas as well. So who we work with? We work with investment companies covering their entire portfolio, so VCs and peas that have their fingers in many pies when it comes to a few different startups, and help them across those startups, especially on the C level. We also work with startups and midsize again, going through that entire process to commercialization. And we work with the vast sort of network of professionals from C level. So with Barrington James, we have different sort of functional areas. So we do have an executive search function as well as then our different focuses within medical device, biotech, pharma, etc, so we can cover pretty much everything that our clients need. So the final thing that we try to do to our clients, beyond just being a recruiter is being a partner, and what that means is we try to go above and beyond when it comes to sharing market insights and market trends with our clients, to help you with retention, to help you make sure that you are getting the best available people, but also keeping them. So we can share things when we're going through a process with you of what candidates are saying in the market, what the feedback is about your company or device in the market, as well as what they need to see and what they don't like at their current companies, or any sort of anything that we get, we will pass you into sort of market insights and market trends. So what we've seen a lot of last year is there's a huge push for candidates that want to work with disruptive technologies, rather than something that's commoditized. There's been a lot of changes, as you probably know, within some of the big medical device companies when it comes to cutting territories and changing commission structures, which has led to a lot of people being frustrated, as well as sort of culture and leadership and upward mobility and all of these types of things are stuff that we would share with you our sort of view. And what we try to do as a recruitment and staffing company is really be a partner. We don't want to be just a one off recruiter for our clients, but we want to be with you as a partner, where it's back and forth, sharing information and really taking you on the journey, whether it be the next two years or next five years, or till you get acquired, whatever it may be, that's that's what we try and do we want to be? We don't want to just be a recruiter. We want to be a partner, and that's what we we really focus on with all of the insights and what we do beyond our specialisms. So.
