Tonya Dowd 00:02
Tony, good morning and welcome. It's great to be here again as a sponsor yet again for LSI. I'm Tonya Dowd, Executive Vice President with PRIA Healthcare. PRIA Healthcare is a full-service reimbursement and market access consulting firm based in the United States, and we focus on helping med tech innovators, either at the early stage or even in the commercial stage, understand the market stakeholders, the value proposition, the evidence that's needed to gain market adoption in the U.S., and then really on the reimbursement side, establishing reimbursement coding, coverage, and payment, and kind of working through that black box of reimbursement that often exists for some in the U.S. So again, we really help clients understand concepts, really from the product conceptualization stage when the product is being developed, when the regulatory pathway is being considered, because regulatory really delves into reimbursement and your commercialization plan and vice versa. And then we help through the clinical trial phase. So there's oftentimes an opportunity to have technologies reimbursed and covered during a clinical trial, during the clinical trial phase. So we assist your investigator sites to do that, and then through commercialization, making sure that, again, market adoption is happening, that you have the right reimbursement strategy, and that we're executing that strategy alongside you. So again, we do strategic reimbursement services, clinical trial programs. We have an advisory council which is actually current and former payer medical directors, value analysis committee executives, and other subject matter experts that our med tech innovators and clients will be dealing with in the industry when they commercialize their technology. So it's great to hear this feedback. We often do panel sessions with this advisory council, or we can do one-on-one interviews. And our clients actually really enjoy this part of our services. They can actually be on the calls and ask specific questions of the advisors. So these are really kind of good voice of customer feedback that's really valuable to our clients. We have a patient access platform solution. So this is making sure that on a case-by-case basis for new and novel technologies, the patients have access to the technologies that they can benefit from. So we often call it kind of hand-to-hand combat, making sure that the prior authorization and the appeals are going through on a case-by-case basis. And finally, we have payer engagement services where we're working with individual payers in the U.S. We work with everybody, from government payers to commercial payers, even the VA, to make sure that those payer entities have the most current clinical and economic evidence for our clients' technologies. Here with us this week is our CEO, Jeffrey Sirek. He will be part of a panel session later this afternoon, and myself, and then we have our VP of Business Development, Stephanie DeFelice, and we are again here all week. If you have any questions about PRIA or would like to learn more about our services, please come find us. Applause.
